cl-usocket software package provides Common Lisp socket library, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-usocket
cl-usocket is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-usocket package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-usocket *
You will get with cl-usocket package name, version, architecture and description in a table
